I came in to possession of an 8 ball at some point in hollywood… I have no clue where it came from. I had never bought one. I had never inherited one. Somehow, though, I ended up with an 8 ball on my way back to Tahoe.
This is the story about that 8 Ball and the inspiration behind this song 8 ball. Listen below. This song is dedicated to the sublime, spellbinding, once-in-a-lifetime talent Anya Taylor-Joy.
a quick recap, August 3rd, 2025, as I’ve already mentioned, I was swimming in Lake Tahoe when a vision of Marilyn Monroe came to me above the Cal-Neva. During this vision the countenance of Anya Taylor was present. We were both witnessing the same event. somehow We shared it. I believe Anya was in Santa Monica at 3pm August 3rd, 2025, After this vision I then moved to Hollywood, went to acting school, learned method acting from the Ghost of Marilyn Monroe, released the single i get off at 6, then I moved back to Tahoe to finish documenting the exact location of Marilyn Monroe’s death on the construction site on-going at the Cal-Neva Resort and Casino. After that I headed back to LA in my clown car.
Venice beach
I love Venice Beach, it has somehow managed to keep some of that feeling of the old California. That classy time when the world wasn't set ablaze. After moving back I kept hearing whispered in my mind, 8-Ball … 8-Ball … Every day I would look at this 8 ball and ponder about it’s origin. Back when I was in hollywood I roughed out the instrumental of 8 ball but then put it away to vacation in tahoe. After my return to LA and getting settled in Venice I resumed the production of 8 ball Refreshed and invigorated by my brief holiday. The issue with the song; was that I was writing it from my own perspective and it really wasn’t working. Moving back to LA was so hectic I had totally forgotten about the vision of Anya Taylor. That was of course, until the dream…
The Dream
That night I had a psychic dream visitation from Anya Taylor. We discussed many things. This dream was extremely lucid and very real. We were in my parent’s old house and We were talking about our careers, exchanging stories and learning from one other. Suddenly a dark presence fell through the room like heavy cold air. she became nervous and began to distance herself. In the dream something was harassing her. Some dark force in that room with us. An angry countenance with hateful eyes, that despised everything about Anya, I did not know why.
The Dark
The darkness in the room felt like a menacing black-haired satyr, I despised this creature. In the dream it was making accusation about Anya's character.
At the end of the dream she took me by the hand and said, "Well, I'm 30, so I have to think about what’s coming…” I thought this was charming since I'm 41 and still have no idea where I'm going. Before this psychic dream I had no clue how old Anya Taylor was. I got up, made a cup of coffee, opened my laptop and searched her age. She was 30. I was shocked. This had to be real.
They often wear a face that resembles our own. They want to wear us like a mask. These dark forces can create nothing inspired and instead desire to possess this inspiration only to despise it.
The Vision
*I do not wish to reveal the vision in full because it is too dangerous. instead I will give an overall vibe of the vision. I feel the things I’ve seen should remain private.
After the dream I began to meditate. As soon as I began meditating I was again in the spirit with Anya at my left. We were atop some great pyramid. A vast multitude beneath. I was declaring prayers of goodness over all humanity. The entire time Anya was quietly speaking with me atop this spiritual structure. Even now I feel her. Even as I type this. I can feel Her psychic energy. I kept asking myself. When do I meet her? Yet I feel we’ve already met…
Anya is A gift to the world. She is highly intelligent & Her abilities are exquisitely rare. She is a paragon. I would often dread her knowing gaze. She is a seer of truth. She is an adept. Why this entanglement? Is this self fulfilling or true oracle? The moments we shared together are dizzying. Even now my mind swirls with hers. What is this about? I seemed to be speaking to the spirits around me. To the heavenly host. To anyone who knew the true form and shape of this encounter.
I fear that I have found this destiny of mine by stumbling backwards.
Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring...

Her presence lingered next to me for some time. immediately I knew the song 8 ball was about Anya Taylor. She became my muse.
After I finished producing the song; an angel down the stairs left me a pack of Marlboro cigarettes with 4 pristine smokes. Whoever it was must have known how much I went through to finish this song.
an interesting detail was that I finished the song “8 ball” one year to the day 08/03/2026 of the vision I had while swimming in Lake Tahoe. That of course marks the 64th anniversary of the death of Marilyn Monroe. I had not planned this. I was simply trying to hit the release date I had set of 08/08/26 at 8pm because I thought all 8’s would be cool. Only to realize I finished the song exactly one year after seeing Marilyn Monroe in the sky above the Cal-Neva Casino in Tahoe with Anya.

I believe this is a warning from Marilyn Monroe to Anya Taylor through me. warning Anya about these jealous forces. I know it's heavy. I know it's strange. I know it's dangerous to speak about. It's all of the above and it's true.
